| Of the three competing Wireless LAN standards, 802.11b is the most commonly available. The 802.11g standard has the advantage of being downwardly compatible with 802.11b and offers a fast data transfer rate of up to 54Mbps (the same rate as 802.11a). The 802.11a standard offers fast connection and receives the least interference from other signals, making it the most stable of the standards. |

In the past, when connecting a projector with a notebook PC having a wide screen or higher resolution LCD, you had to twiddle with controls for a few embarrassing moments to match the resolutions and aspect ratios of the two machines. But the VAIO CR35G/B lets you simply connect and display. That's because the Plug & Display function automatically adjusts the aspect ratio of VAIO CR35G/B (16:10) to the aspect ratio of the projector (4:3) so presentation materials are displayed exactly the way they were intended.
 |
| Note: |
Maximum resolution output may not be implemented when using projector devices not featuring EDID (Extended Display Identification Data). |
