Developers' interview
Interview with VAIO SZ Developers — Listen in on this roundtable discussion with Sony innovators to learn how they harnessed the latest developments in hardware and software engineering to achieve robust performance without sacrificing elegant mobility.
The year 1997 saw the launch of the VAIO 505, the introductory notebook PC from the VAIO line. So began the history of VAIO mobile notebooks, a history that has now spanned a decade. To somehow sum up these ten years, and provide a window to the new challenges of the coming ten: these are the two concepts infused into the development of the New VAIO TZ. It's a work of commitment, with cutting-edge technology such as a Core(TM)2 Duo processor and flash memory in a flat, ultra thin body with an original design that offers a touch of class. We asked the developers who put their hearts and souls into this crowning tenth-year model about their passion for the VAIO.
